Chrismon
Nofsinger is the president of Nofsinger Strayer Consulting. In his
some 15 years of experience, he has become a trusted confidant and
advisor to numerous CEO's, Board members, and private equity investors.
Chrismon has personally worked with more than 200 companies from start-ups
to Fortune 50, focusing on organizational change, individual leadership
and team leadership development, and CEO coaching, transition and leadership
shift. Chrismon has earned an excellent reputation for his accurate
individual and team assessment for selection, promotion, and due diligence.
Chrismon is also the co-founder of OpNote, a medical software company
located in New York City. He is also the key directive in Nofsinger
Strayer Consulting’s equity and strategic partnerships. Chrismon
holds a Masters and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Claremont
Graduate University, were he also currently serves as a Board Member.

Dick Strayer is a partner at Nofsinger Strayer Consulting. With 20
plus years of organizational consulting experience, Dick has worked
with more than 250 high technology companies. He has earned an excellent
reputation with CEOs and the venture capital community for his organizational
and executive development skills, particularly for his work in founder
transitions, top management team building, and executive coaching. Dick
earned both his Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology from The Claremont
Graduate University. He completed a Post-Doctorate in Clinical and Organization
Behavior at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute and also holds a MBA
in Marketing from Boston University.

Jennifer Macaulay is Managing Partner for Nofsinger Strayer Consulting.
With 20 years of experience in organizational effectiveness research
and consulting, she focuses on executive coaching, leadership assessment
and team development. Jennifer has worked with a full range of public,
private, private equity and not-for-profit institutions including Bartell
Drugs, Buerk, Dale, Victor LLC., Kibble & Prentice and Community
Health Plan of Washington. Jennifer is also a certified "ropes
course" or "outdoor adventure learning" instructor.
She earned a Masters in Psychology from Western Washington University
and received her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University
of Washington.

Alice Forsythe is a partner with NSC. She has more than 10 years of
experience as a consultant and researcher. She specializes in individual,
team and organizational assessment; performance management and coaching;
and succession planning. Her clients have included Fortune 500 companies,
venture capital and private equity firms, government agencies and non-profit
organizations. Prior to joining NSC, she managed or consulted
on large-scale projects for Mercer Human Resource Consulting and
Cingular Wireless. Prior to that, Alice was National Sales Manager
of a publicly held video software company in the Los Angeles area where
she led the sales team covering the U.S. and Canada. A graduate of
the University of Washington, Alice earned B.A. degrees in psychology
and business and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in human resource management
and organizational behavior.

Mary
Allison is a partner with NSC. She has over 20 years of successful
senior executive business and organizational development experience
working for major retailers and start up companies in the public,
private and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining NSC Mary had her
own business consulting company, and prior to that she was Vice President
of Merchandising for drugstore.com, General Manager of Garden Botanika,
and Vice President of Sales and Operations for start-up TOTV. Mary’s
work focuses on the creation and implementation of strategic alignment
between organizational goals and leadership development resulting
in outcomes that are mission specific, financially productive and
personnel supportive. Mary earned her B.A. in communications
from Washington State University, and her M.A. in organization design
and renewal from Seattle University.

Dana
joined the Nofsinger Strayer team in 2007 as the project coordinator.
Prior to the joining our team, Dana served in a similar position for
Catholic Charities. She received her BA in psychology from Gonzaga
University. Dana donates her time to teach leadership and team skills
to Washington State high school students in positions of student-leadership.
She also participates with Relay for Life, St. Jude’s Children’s
Hospital, and Habitat for Humanity.
